Once you sign up you will have access to your own dashboard where you can manage your agency’s profile, list placement opportunities, view applications and much more. Your free profile will be listed on the agency page for trainees to view and follow. 

You can list a placement opportunity on Trainbee with 4 simple steps.

1) Sign up for a free account. 

2) Select the “Submit Placement” feature on your user dashboard menu. 

3) You will be prompted to select a payment package. There are three packages available to accommodate a range of needs and budgets. 

4) Once the package has been selected, complete the placement listing description form and submit.

Your placement listing will then be visible to trainees on the ‘Find a Placement’ page.

You can list from 1 – 1000 placement opportunities on Trainbee. Our packages vary. 

With our Basic package, you can submit 1 placement listing. With our Advanced and Extended packages, you have the flexibility of listing as many placement opportunities as you wish. This will allow your organisation to advertise a variation of placement opportunities available to trainees.

Yes, by posting your placement listing on Trainbee, you are guaranteed to have access to our large network of trainees who are actively looking for placement opportunities. As with any recruitment process, the final outcome depends on various factors such as the nature of the placement opportunity, location, and the competitiveness of the field. Not to worry! Trainbee will send you a reminder a few days before your listing is due to expire. Simply go to your dashboard, click on ‘my vacancies’ and select the ‘R’ on your listing to relist your placement opportunity on the same tariff. 

Once a trainee applies to your placement opportunity on Trainbee, you will have access to their candidate profile and you can contact them in various ways:

1) Firstly, why not select the ‘approve’ or ‘reject’ application options so that they know if you will be in touch

2) We encourage you to get in touch with the applicant 48 hours after step 1 if you have approved their application. Use the contact information they have provided on their profile/CV to call or email them directly.

Please note that it’s important to follow the professional communication etiquette and make sure to obtain the consent of the applicants before sharing their personal information with any third party.

Your placement listing will go live straight away, providing it complies with our listing guidelines 

Yes, you can edit your placement listing once it goes live

Your Dashboard has a ‘page views’ graph that monitors the number of views your placement listings have. if you have more than one listing you can monitor them individually and can also select the time span in which you would like to monitor. 


No, there is absolutely no cost to sign up or use Trainbee for trainees. Once you sign up, you will have access to your own dashboard where you can complete and manage your CV profile, follow agencies, create alerts, and apply for placement opportunities.

It is really simple to apply for placement opportunities. 

1) First, sign up to your free trainbee account

2) The second and most important step is to visit the ‘CV Profile’ page and complete the details in full. This form is your application and recruiters will be sent and receive access to your profile every time you apply for a placement. 

3) Find a placement you like, and click ‘Apply Now’

4) You will be prompted to write a message, this is really important as this will be your opportunity to send a type of ‘personal statement’ to the specific placement provider. Once you press ‘Apply’ the placement provider will receive your personal message and your CV Profile
